Costa Blanca Party is the best choice as a catering partner on the Costa Blanca. We handle everything about catering and rental of items for events and parties, including but not limited to the services we have shown on this page.

  • Buffet items
    Garniture GALA : Assortment after consultation (8 different types), Stuffed eggs, Dades stuffed with creamcheese, Rice Sushi, Pompernickel (ryebread stuffed with creamcheese, Cucumber and crab, Cucumber sandwiches, Pastry with a stuffing of paté, Hamrolls with creamcheese, Pastry with salmonmayonaise, Variety of cheeses, Fresh herring and rollmops, Smoked salmon on toast, Sushirolls in seaweed, Olives, Belgian Ham and Melon, Sausage with yellow onion.

  • Russian salad (8 to 10 persons)
    Potatosalad with onion, gherkins, ketchup, vegetables, apple, egg, mayonaise. Garnished with gherkins, ham, sausage, asparagus, fruit, parsley, silveronions lettuce and tomato.

  • Fish salad (8-10 pers.)
    Tunasalad with mayonaise garnished with salmon, smoked salmon, sardines, mussels, octopus, eggs,cucumber, tomato and small gamba's.

  • Tuna pastries
    Round white bread with a topping of lettuce, tuna, capers, chalottes and egg.

  • Hors d'Oeuvre (8-10 pers.)
    Fish and russiansalad, stuffed eggs, hamrolls, smoked salmon and a variety of other fish, charcuterie. Garnishes as in russian and fishsalad above.

  • Warm pastries
    In pastrycups or with rice filled with veal meat ragout.

  • A variety of soups
    Vegetable, tomato, chicken, mushroom, fish, lobster.

    Gouda , brie, emmenthaler, goats cheese and/or your personal selection

Chef at home

In addition to all the services that Costa Blanca Party Service provide, there is now a fantastic alternative to eating out: Chef-at-Home, enjoying topfood at your own place! Together with us you'll choose your 3 or 4 course menu and we will prepare and serve it the way you wish.

For a multiple course diner usually between 2 and 12 persons can be served, depending on your kitchen's facilities.
